What a Built-In Barcode Imager Enables
The barcode imager is integrated into the cradle itself, positioned to read labels presented by the operator without requiring a separate handheld scanner. This eliminates the extra device, its cable, and the pairing step that handheld scanners normally need — the tablet receives scan data directly through the dock interface. The result is a single fixed terminal that both displays information and captures barcode input.

No vehicle wiring is required.

It combines the imager and the dock into one device, eliminating a separate handheld scanner. If your deployment requires vehicle power input (VCC/IGN), the other BKT1065 variants — BMW, IP, OTG, or LAN-01 — provide that interface. If your deployment requires RS232 serial connectivity, LAN-02 does not provide it; the BKT1065-LAN-01 includes RS232 alongside M12 Ethernet and camera input.
